Vista Village is a small neighborhood in Arvada, a suburb of Denver, Colorado. It is in Jefferson County. The area is roughly triangular in shape and is bordered by West 88th Avenue on the north and West 87th and Allison Drive on the west. The Vista Village subdivision is primarily condos and town homes. Average home price is approximately $167,000. The majority of the buildings have been built within the last 30 years.
The nearby 3.5 acres West Tree Park was funded by the city bond referendum in 1974. The child-friendly park features large bluegrass open space, a playground and ball fields. Nottingham Park is located northwest of Vista Village. The park is nearly 7 acres in size and was completely renovated in 2003. There is also a small stream that winds through the park.
