Trailside in Westminster, Colorado, is a condo and town-home community south of West 88th Avenue and east of Dover Street. Trailside is the Jefferson County School District, one of the more desirable districts of the Great Denver Area, and is close to Zerger Elementary.
Built in the late 1970s and early 1980s, Trailside is a community of two story town-home condominiums with off street parking and many three bedroom designs. The community boasts a pool and party house for residents and is convenient to arterial roads for the Greater Denver area.

Seven minutes east Trailside is Standley Lake and Standley Lake North Open Space, off West 88th Avenue, with swimming, fishing, camping, hiking trails, and much more, all very convenient to Trailside residents.
Golfers have several convenient choices of exceptional courses. Indian Tree Golf Club, at 7555 Wadsworth Boulevard, is publicly owned and the 18 hole course is open year round. Only a ten minute drive east is Lake Arbor Golf Club, at 8600 Wadsworth Boulevard, which is open to the public and has an 18 hole, walk-able, 6000 yard course.
Sports fans will find heaven in the Greater Denver Area. Trailside residents can follow the NFL’s Denver Broncos in the fall, Major League Baseball’s Colorado Rockies in the spring and summer, The NBA’s Denver Nuggets and the NHL’s Colorado Avalanche in the winter, and the Colorado Rapids throughout the Major League Soccer Season.
