Pebble Brook in Westminster, Colorado, is a condo and townhome community south of West 88th Avenue and just north of Nottingham Park. Built in mid-1980, the townhomes of Pebble Brook are two story and are available in two and three bedroom designs. Pebble Brook is the Jefferson County School District, one of the more desirable districts of the Great Denver Area, and is one half mile away from Zerger Elementary.

Spring and summer has The Colorado Rockies busy playing in Major League Baseball. In the fall and winter, The Pepsi Center at 1000 Chopper Circle in Denver stays busy hosting the Denver Nuggets of the NBA and the Colorado Avalanche of the NHL.
