The neighborhood is square in shape and bordered on the north by West 104th Street and on the east by Federal Boulevard. The south boundary is formed by West 92nd Avenue and to the west is Sheridan Boulevard. Average home sale price is $282,000.

The Carol Butts Park is located within the neighborhood and was constructed in 1977. The 32 acre park’s extensive amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, hockey center, in-line skating, pavilions, picnic tables, softball fields, multi-use fields, a playground, a tennis court, restroom and a pedestrian/biking trail.
