Powers Apartments for Rent

Powers is a large corridor in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Located northeast of downtown, this neighborhood’s boundaries are Powers Boulevard to the west, Markscheffel Road to the east, Woodman Road to the north, and the Colorado Springs Airport to the south.

Many developments lie within this large area. Homes run the gamut from 900-square-foot, two bedroom units to 3,000-square-foot, five bedroom units. While primarily a residential area, shopping and dining options are abundant. Some apartments lie in the Powers area as well.

Two public golf courses call the Powers neighborhood home: Cherokee Ridge and Springs Ranch. The family friendly Cherokee Ridge has a pro shop, a bar and grill, a driving range, and a putting green. Springs Ranch offers five tee boxes on every hole that allow players of every skill level to play the course.

North Powers Boulevard offers many of opportunities to shop and eat. Target, Old Navy, Subway, McDonalds, Ruby Tuesday’s, Red Robin Gourmet Burger, Home Goods, Honey Baked Ham and Chick-fil-A all huddle around this busy street.
